Situated within the Hospital Clinicas del Este infrastructure, APS II functions as a primary healthcare unit designed for efficiency and comfort. The programmatic layout includes five examination suites, a biometrics station, and a procedure room equipped for low-complexity interventions, alongside necessary administrative support zones. A key design element is the expansive external waiting area, which integrates custom, innovative concrete furniture. The architectural language balances a sober, contemporary minimalist aesthetic with a textured material palette, softening the clinical environment to create a warmer, patient-centric atmosphere.
