CPE II represents a significant architectural intervention involving the forensic recovery and completion of an abandoned medical complex. With the original project paralyzed for a decade and all technical data lost, the firm implemented a reverse engineering strategy. We deployed advanced photogrammetry to digitize the existing shell, allowing for precise 3D modeling and a comprehensive redesign. Beyond the design phase, we served as technical consultants, overseeing the construction process to ensure project feasibility and completion. The result transforms the concept of public healthcare, delivering a high-quality, contemporary facility designed for dignity and functionality.
