The design intent was to seamlessly integrate the new volume with the existing architectural language, maintaining the sleek, contemporary aesthetic established in the primary residence. This annex accommodates a recreational program that serves both properties, featuring a jacuzzi, sauna, ping-pong arena, and a dry garden tailored for relaxation. Additionally, it houses service support areas such as an employee kitchen, ensuring a clean and efficient operational flow.
