Itas is a mobile kitchen with a unique history. We were tasked with repurposing an old medical examination trailer and giving it a delicious new purpose. The interior was completely stripped and reimagined as a high-performance kitchen and display area. We kept the "clean" vibe of its medical past by using sleek stainless steel throughout for a pristine cooking environment. On the outside, the truck has been transformed with the vibrant colors and branding of Itas, ready to hit the road.
