Neumann Biotec serves as the administrative counterpart to the Ortopédica showroom, both commissioned by a parent company supplying orthopedic and osteosynthesis medical products. Located side-by-side in Caracas' Centro San Ignacio, the two projects share a unified storefront facade. While mirroring the showroom's Nordic-inspired aesthetic—characterized by a sober palette of warm tones, textured white walls, and wood accents—Neumann Biotec shifts the design focus toward operational efficiency. The floor plan is strategically segregated into distinct functional zones, including a front desk, a management office, and a secondary workspace for two assistants. To prevent the space from feeling enclosed, sleek glass partitions are utilized, successfully maintaining a bright, spacious feel throughout the contemporary office.
