Monolith is a luxury residential development commissioned in 2018 in Urbanización El Paraíso 2, Pampatar, Nueva Esparta. Covering approximately 1,925 square meters of built area, the project comprises six exclusive residences: four spacious duplexes and two single-level penthouses. Inspired by the masterworks of architects like Tadao Ando and Mathias Klotz, the design tropicalizes brutalism and minimalism, evoking the feeling of living aboard a "concrete yacht" anchored above cityscape and ocean horizons. Defined by minimalist orthogonal shapes, floor-to-ceiling glass, and meticulously finished cast-in-situ concrete, each unit features its own private pool seamlessly integrated into the primary social spaces. Inside, cold exposed concrete is softened by elegant Travertino marble flooring and warm, subdued lighting. The top-floor penthouses feature private elevator access and a breathtaking open-air sky corridor framing panoramic coastal views.
