Project Sagitario represents the comprehensive renovation and expansion of a residential property located on the coastline of Margarita Island. The design intent was to repurpose the existing structure into a premier tropical holiday destination. Key interventions include a vertical expansion to the second level, the integration of lush landscaping, and the creation of recreational zones featuring a pool and barbecue area. The proposal balances the preservation of the building's original character with a contemporary evolution, resulting in a distinctive boho-chic atmosphere.
