Designed as a strategic intervention within an existing retail footprint, Salumeria reinterprets the typology of the classic New York deli. The project integrates visual cues from the NY subway infrastructure to introduce an industrial, urban texture to the interior. Positioned centrally next to the café and bar, the structure functions as a spatial anchor, transforming the area into an iconic visual landmark within the larger commercial context.
