Unit H is an interior design and renovation project for a small unit within the Res. Pinamar condo complex in Porlamar, Nueva Esparta. Designed to be low-key and cost-effective, the primary goal of the intervention was to create a cozy urban shelter for the client. The sober yet interesting aesthetic is highlighted by warm tones, elegant wood floors, and Arabescato marble applied to the countertops and dining bar. This refined material palette is thoughtfully complemented by a clever selection of art pieces that elevate the space.
