Located in Nueva Esparta, Vistamar focuses on the spatial optimization of a private residence. The intervention targets a residual area of the home, repurposing it to serve a new programmatic function. The design creates a hybrid environment that accommodates both a professional home office and a recreational study zone for children. A key structural addition includes a mezzanine level, significantly expanding storage volume without compromising floor area. Defined by a contemporary aesthetic and a bold chromatic strategy, the project transforms a dormant space into a dynamic, multifunctional hub.
